Back to Bowery Ballroom--and on the list, thank you to my friends at Big Hassle Media. Can you believe Citizen Cope played 6 shows in NYC this week, and they were ALL sold out? Where did all these fans come from?

The last time I saw Cope was a few years ago at BAM--a sit-down theater.  He likes to play long sets--close to 3 hours, and by the end I was way too drowsy.  Last night he did not disappoint.  The fans were great, the vibe was chill, and Cope's voice, and band, were fantastic.  He gives me the same reaction as Jack Johnson does...plant me on a beach immediately.
